So far, the ROM‘s been an equal-opportunity punishment device.

    Yeah, I don’t think anyone cares about the actual workout, though you did look good and winded afterwards. Pink leg warmers!!!

    I’m looking forward to progress. Out of curiosity, were you really sore after this? Also, what does ROM say about ‘only 4 minutes of aerobics.’

    I just wish you talked about Jesus more while you were doing it man. You used to be about the Lord as you worked out, and now all I hear is the strain of breathing. What gives 😉
