Update: There are only five spots left for Experiencing the Trinity in June! If you try to register and are placed on a waiting list, considering joining me at the Wisdom Camp day retreat on Thursday, July 13th in Hot Springs, North Carolina. Featuring Lerita Coleman Brown, Carl McColman, Lynyetta Willis, Rod Owens and several other teachers, we’ll be exploring what contemplative wisdom looks like amid the turbulence of transition. Learn more and register here.
In this hands-on workshop based on the best-selling Divine Dance: The Trinity and Your Transformation with Fr. Richard Rohr, I’ll be guiding participants in a deep-dive exploration of a genuine Trinitarian spirituality: one of both identity and interdependence. Through a series of fun and interactive group exercises, we’ll explore the present moment and the stories we bear, getting to know ourselves better and learning to see and appreciate others more fully – learning to see the God in each other.
Through “practicing the presence of people,” we will create a safe space for taking risks and for playing outside of our comfort zones, allowing us to discover a deeper sense of self and others, experiencing first-hand the diversity-within-unity at the Trinity’s core.
Reading The Divine Dance is recommended, though not required. At the very least, please read the free bonus chapter offered here, and acquaint yourself with the exercises in the back.
