Imagine having a little girl who very much likes to ‘fly’ by jumping on her daddies shins and being propelled into the air.
Back in the day, pre-ROM, I could do maybe three or four of these before my abs felt like they were going to rip out of my torso. It’s basically like doing crunches with a little person attached to you. But now, six months in, guess how many I can do comfortably?
And she’s only getting heavier, folks. : )
