Hitting the halfway-mark in ROMming, many of you want to know: How fat am I?
Well, here are the stats from Dr. Joe at North Raleigh Chiropractic:
76.8 lbs of fat
181.2 pounds of lean muscle, bone,etc.
This is actually a 1.2% increase from our previous measurement, darn it all to heck.
What do I have to say for myself? What do I have to say for the ROM? Well, I can hardly blame this on the ROM; in the past six weeks I’ve been traveling a lot – to Maryland, New York City, and Little Rock. When out of town, I’m not ROMming (I hear Tony Robbins has his ROM shipped to his every motivational speaking gig; I do not have this luxury, alas) and I’m not usually eating as healthily – you’d better believe I enjoyed me some New York cuisine!
So…I’m back on my glorious four-minute regimen, and Jasmin’s delicious, healthy food. I’m going to start doing bodyfat analysis weekly, with a scale, so we can monitor these results more closely. Stay tuned!
